I LOVE frozen yogurt places and if I could I would get frozen yogurt or Smoothies all the time but unfortunately a $5 treat can't become a daily habit. So I figured that I could just make my own Smoothie since I have the ingredients most of the time anyways. It is a fast snack and you can basically mix up whatever you have home.
I love to take my smoothie on the go and have it on my way to school.
Here's my recipe in case you are interested .
2 Bananas
1 Cup frozen Strawberries (you can use any frozen fruit you like)
1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter
2 tbsp plain yogurt (I used low fat yogurt)
1 cup milk (you can use any kind of milk)
Blender (I use this Blender)
Blend milk, fruit, yogurt and peanut butter. Add more milk if needed.
Pour into glass and enjoy! You can slice up additional bananas and add them on top of the smoothie
